General Terms and Conditions EmpowerBeauty Clinic (formerly Fillers & More)

01Applicability

These general terms and conditions relate to all expressions, services, products, and materials of EmpowerBeauty Clinic. If a specific agreement exists, such as a treatment agreement, they are deemed to be part of that agreement.

02Definitions

Other Party: customers, suppliers, employees, exhibitors, social media contacts, clinic visitors. Expressions: any communication from EmpowerBeauty Clinic regardless of form or medium. Materials: photos, video recordings, advertising and promotional materials, etc. Services: treatments, methods, information, sales and promotion of products. Products: products used and supplied by EmpowerBeauty Clinic.

03Delivery

Expressions, services, products, and materials are provided with the greatest possible care without unnecessary delay. Should errors or defects exist, they will be remedied as soon as reasonably possible.

04Force Majeure

Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the control of EmpowerBeauty Clinic, such as fire, flood, strikes, or government measures. EmpowerBeauty Clinic is not liable for damage resulting from non-delivery due to force majeure.

05Intellectual Property Rights

Nothing may be copied or reproduced without prior express written permission from Drs. J.C. Landaeta via info@empowerbeautyclinic.nl. It is forbidden to modify the content of the website or social media.

06Liability

EmpowerBeauty Clinic is in no way liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of provided information, products, or services, unless otherwise determined by law. Full satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.

07Personal Data

The other party agrees to the storage of personal data in an electronic patient record and the mailing list. Requests to access files must be submitted in writing to J.C. Landaeta, van Speijkstraat 46, Eindhoven.

08Prices and Payment

The other party is obliged to pay the published rates. EmpowerBeauty Clinic reserves the right to request partial advance payment for certain services. If payment is not made, service may be refused.

09Complaints

If the other party is dissatisfied, this must be reported to EmpowerBeauty Clinic. A clear complaint procedure and form are available via info@empowerbeautyclinic.nl.

010Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Any disputes will be submitted to the Dutch court.
