Suitability
Who is it suitable for?
Often for mild to moderate laxity when you want a subtle lift without surgery. During consultation we assess your skin, anatomy and expectations.
What to expect
Is the result immediate?
You often see immediate lift/contour, with additional improvement as collagen support develops.
How long does it last?
Varies per person (skin, lifestyle, area). We’ll set realistic expectations.
Downtime?
Swelling, bruising or tenderness can happen. Plan smart: avoid major events right after.
Step-by-step

Goals, anatomy, suitability and expectations. If it’s not the best option, we’ll say so.
2. Plan
Areas, number of threads, vectors and aftercare are mapped out.
3. Treatment
Placement with medical precision, safety and comfort in focus.
4. Follow-up
We review healing and outcome and advise on maintenance if needed.
Aftercare (strict)
- First 48–72 hours: avoid intense workouts, sauna/steam room and alcohol (as advised).
- No massaging or firm rubbing of treated areas for 1–2 weeks (or as advised).
- Prefer back-sleeping and avoid pressure on the treated side.
- Limit big mouth movements (dentist, hard chewing) in the first days.
Side effects & safety
Possible: swelling, bruising, tenderness, temporary tightness, mild unevenness from swelling. Rare: infection or thread-related complications. Suitability + technique + aftercare are key.
