Aftercare
- Stay upright for the first 4 hours (avoid lying flat).
- Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours.
- Do not massage or rub the neck area for 24 hours.
- Avoid sauna/steam room and alcohol in the first 24 hours.
Safety & possible side effects
Possible: redness, mild swelling or a small bruise. Because this is the neck area, we treat very precisely. If overdosed, temporary heaviness can occur; that’s why we dose conservatively and schedule a review.
